Laura Hamilton, LCSW

Life brings inevitable challenges and changes, and true growth comes from navigating these moments. My role as a therapist is to help you heal from past wounds, find a sense of peace, and create space for new strengths to emerge. Your unique life experiences and conditioning shape how you respond to stress, grief, and trauma. Yet, regardless of your personal history, your body holds a deep, intuitive wisdom that can guide you. By tuning into this felt sense, even when words are hard to find, you can discover new ways to move forward and feel more capable on your journey.

My approach is grounded in humanistic and somatic psychology, focusing on helping you build self-awareness and reach your full potential. As a trauma-informed therapist and certified yoga teacher, our sessions might combine traditional talk therapy with creative practices like focusing, movement, sound, and mindfulness. We can also hold sessions in nature.

I'm here as a supportive and compassionate guide for your wellness journey. I work with adults of all ages, genders, and backgrounds, and I welcome people who are neurodivergent and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
