Diana is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Registered Art Therapist-Provisional (ATR-P) who is passionate about supporting individuals in their healing, growth, and creative expression. She is dedicated to helping clients reconnect with their inner strengths and navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-compassion.

Her work integrates evidence-based and holistic frameworks, blending art therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, and somatic awareness with depth-oriented approaches. Drawing from person-centered, attachment-based, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic, Jungian, and transpersonal traditions, Diana supports clients in exploring both conscious and unconscious patterns as part of the healing journey. She specializes in working with adults around anxiety, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, and personal development.

Clients are invited into a space of creativity, self-discovery, and meaningful transformation. Diana is currently accepting virtual and in-person sessions for individuals.

Out of Pocket/Private Pay Rate: $125/session
