Kimberly Callahan, LCSW
Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience providing therapy to individuals and families. She supports clients in navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, family conflict, and life transitions. While she has particular expertise in working with adolescents and their families, Kimberly also works with young adults and adults, and values supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
Her approach is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental. She draws from evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)—and often integrates mindfulness practices to support emotional awareness and present-moment coping skills. Kimberly also works with individuals navigating ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence and is committed to honoring the unique ways people think, feel, and engage with the world.
Her work is grounded in an understanding of how the brain and nervous system respond to stress, relationships, and emotion. This perspective helps guide her in supporting clients as they build insight, strengthen emotion regulation, and develop practical tools for navigating life with greater clarity and self-compassion. She strives to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow, heal, and connect more fully with themselves and others.
