Brooke Morgan, MSW, CSW

Hello there! I'm Brooke, and I'm here to support you, whether you're a child, teen, adult, or an entire family navigating life's ups and downs. I'm a Clinical Social Work Candidate, which means I'm specially trained to help people through tricky transitions and overcome hurdles in relationships and within larger systems that might be impacting them.

For over ten years, I've had the privilege of working with children and families, and I'm deeply committed to empowering everyone I meet. My approach is always culturally sensitive and trauma-informed, meaning I understand that everyone has a unique story and experiences that shape who they are.

Having worked in schools, I bring a lot of patience, empathy, and even a little bit of humor to our sessions. Just as every person is unique, so is every family. That's why I create individualized plans that are just right for you. These plans are designed to help you communicate better with others, build emotional strength and bounce back from challenges, and develop stronger coping skills for tough times.

I use a variety of proven methods, focusing on what works best for you. Some of the ways we can work together include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): This helps us understand how our thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected, so we can make positive changes.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): This helps you accept what you can't change and commit to actions that align with your values.

Narrative Family Therapy: We'll explore the stories that shape your family and work together to create new, more empowering ones.

Non-directive Art Therapy: For those who prefer to express themselves visually, art can be a powerful tool for communication and healing.

Play Therapy: Especially helpful for children, play is a natural way for them to explore feelings, solve problems, and communicate.

These approaches are great for tackling concerns like anxiety, depression, improving focus and organization (executive functioning), exploring sexual identity, and navigating all kinds of relationships.
