In-Person Therapy Session

These sessions are held in our Lakewood or Aurora offices. We also have access to a park nearby for walk-and-talk sessions. We accept most (if not all) insurance plans in the Denver Metro area.

Teletherapy Sessions

We will get to know each other, understand symptoms and problem areas, and come up with a plan for treatment. A client will feel relief and hope for change as things start moving forward and a plan is made.

Walk & Talk Sessions

Walk & talk therapy offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature while engaging in therapeutic conversation, providing a refreshing alternative to traditional office settings. It can be particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with anxiety or difficulty quieting their minds, as the natural environment can help promote relaxation and introspection.
