Tabitha brings extensive experience in school counseling and mental health, specializing in communication, anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and identity exploration. She offers supportive virtual and in-person sessions focused on coping and relationships.

Brenda offers a supportive and collaborative space for individuals (10+) to navigate life's challenges and build resilience. She emphasizes empathy and practical skill-building to foster balance and joy.

Stephanie specializes in helping teens and adults manage stress, anxiety, and life transitions with practical tools and personalized support. She is known for her compassionate and effective approach.

Diana is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and Registered Art Therapist -Provisional (ATR-P) who is passionate about supporting individuals in their healing, growth, and creative expression.

Sara has experience working with individuals across the lifespan—from children to elders honoring the unique story each person carries. She has training in art therapy and integrates this modality with her clients.
