Our small group practice began with a vision sparked by a significant gap in mental health resources for adults with ADHD and related challenges. As the owner, I recognized that while children often have structured support through schools and dedicated programs, adults are frequently left to navigate their struggles alone. Many face not only the challenges of ADHD but also co-occurring issues like anxiety, depression, and executive functioning difficulties, often without the tools or guidance needed to thrive.
This need inspired me to create a space where teens and adults could feel seen, understood, and supported. I wanted to provide more than therapy, I wanted to foster a community of care that recognizes the unique struggles adults face, whether in maintaining relationships, managing daily stress, or simply navigating life’s overwhelming demands. It is our mission to close this gap by offering compassionate, specialized care tailored to the diverse needs of adults in all stages of life.
