Aubri Riley, LSW
My name is Aubri Riley, and I am a Licensed Social Worker and Colorado native with over 10 years of
experience in the field of social work. My professional background includes facilitating supervised family
time, serving as a community and family liaison for Head Start Early Education, supporting families
through homelessness prevention programs, providing psychotherapy, and working in school-based
social work settings. Most of my experience has focused on working with children, teens, and young
adults.
I am deeply passionate about working with children and families and empowering young adults as they
navigate the challenges of life. I enjoy helping others find their voice and identify their own strengths, so
they can experience the best version of themselves. I am a firm believer that a client’s success in therapy
is heavily grounded in a positive therapeutic relationship where trust, empathy, and compassion are
valued.
With these values at the core of my therapeutic approach, I use a variety of evidence-based and creative modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Non-
Directive Art Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and
Person-Centered Therapy. These approaches can support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression,
trauma and stress-related symptoms, emotional regulation challenges, behavioral concerns, self-esteem
issues, family conflict, and difficulties related to life transitions.
