Mia Groedel, LCSW
Mia Groedel is an LCSW passionate about helping individuals, families, couples and children navigate conflict, understand themselves and one another, and become their best selves. Practiced in ADHD, Autism, attachment disorders, depression and anxiety, Mia is dedicated to finding tailored care for each client.
For over three years, Mia Groedel has supported children, families, and caregivers with a steady, attuned presence. Trained in Internal Family Systems and Play Therapy, she works from an attachment-centered lens, helping clients soften into new perspectives and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
Mia sees healing as a whole-person experience—shaped by our bodies, relationships, and the stories we carry. Through gentle reflection and thoughtful mediation, she invites clarity, connection, and meaningful growth.
Though her roots are in child and family work, she is increasingly drawn to supporting couples, and utilizes both the Gottman theoretical approach and somatic tools to help individuals and couples evaluate, understand, and take steps toward themselves and each other.
Her mission is to help clients find their way home—to themselves, to each other, and to the communities where they can truly belong.
