My name is Ariana (she/hers) I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of experience supporting individuals as well as couples in navigating anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, depression, life transitions, as well as challenges within interpersonal relationships.
I take a strength-based, trauma-focused approach, helping clients build resilience while feeling safe, supported, and empowered in the therapeutic process.
I use a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Emotionally Focused Therapy.
