Psychological Testing & Evaluation
Sometimes the hardest part of getting support is not knowing exactly what you're working with. Trouble focusing at school or work might be connected to ADHD, anxiety, a learning difference, or a mix of several things at once. Psychological testing is a structured way to look at the full picture, so that care can be shaped around what is going on for you or your child.
Request an Evaluation
At Calm Clarity, evaluations are completed by Dr. Anisha Bagga, PsyD, and fit within the same practice as our therapy and medication management. If you are already working with someone on our team, results can be shared with them (with your consent) so your care stays connected.

Psychological Testing and Evaluation
When an evaluation can help
People come to testing with different questions. Some of the most common:
- Wondering whether ADHD is part of the picture, for a child, a teen, or yourself as an adult
- Questions about autism, including for adults who have wondered about it for years
- Overlapping experiences, such as attention, mood, and anxiety, that are hard to separate
- Needing documentation that may support a request for school or workplace accommodations
- A therapist, pediatrician, or prescriber suggesting testing to help inform next steps
You don't need to know which question fits. The intake conversation is where that gets sorted out.
What the process looks like
Every evaluation is shaped around the question being asked, so the details vary. In general:
- Intake conversation: A conversation about history, current concerns, and what you hope to learn. For children and teens, parents or caregivers are part of this.
- Testing appointments: Time with Dr. Bagga completing tasks, questionnaires, and structured activities.
- Input from others: With your permission, rating forms may be gathered from parents, teachers, or partners to add perspective.
- Feedback session: Dr. Bagga walks through the results with you, answers questions, and talks through recommendations.
- Written report: A report you can keep and, if you choose, share with schools, employers, or other providers.
