Contractor

I strive to create a warm, judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable opening up and exploring their mental health concerns. My ideal clients come from all walks of life and age groups, and I want each person to feel heard, respected, and genuinely supported from the very first visit.

As a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I take a compassionate, holistic, and collaborative approach to treatment. I believe the best outcomes come from building a strong therapeutic relationship and involving clients in decisions about their care. Together, we'll work to better understand your concerns and develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.

When appropriate, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to help identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors while also addressing lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress, relationships, and overall wellness. Every person's journey is different, and I strive to meet clients where they are with empathy, encouragement, and practical strategies that support lasting change.

Taking the first step toward treatment can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I look forward to partnering with you as we work toward improved mental health, greater resilience, and a more fulfilling life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing music, and taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer. Whether I'm exploring the mountains, enjoying the outdoors, or watching sports, I value activities that help me stay balanced and grounded. I believe maintaining meaningful relationships and personal interests is an important part of overall wellness, and I encourage my clients to find that same balance in their own lives.
