Paige Howard, LPCC
Contractor
Paige is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who believes therapy is more than symptom management. It is an opportunity to explore yourself without judgment, better understand your patterns, and discover what creates meaning, fulfillment, and emotional well-being in your life.
Paige takes a collaborative approach to therapy because she believes you are the expert in your own life. Her role is to help guide, support, and challenge you as you navigate difficult experiences and move toward healing and growth. Above all else, Paige wants her clients to feel safe, understood, and not alone. She strives to create a therapeutic space that feels supportive, authentic, and even enjoyable at times, while honoring the hard work that healing often requires. Her approach is relational and person-centered, grounded in trust, connection, and compassion.
Paige works with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. She is passionate about helping clients understand how past and present experiences shape current thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while empowering them to move toward meaningful change.
Her work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches, always tailored to the individual. Paige believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing and values adapting therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and lived experiences. If something is not working for you, Paige welcomes open communication and will adjust the approach to better support your growth.
Paige brings warmth, authenticity, humor, and curiosity into the therapy space, believing that growth often happens through both reflection and connection. Her goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create a life that feels authentic, grounded, and fulfilling.
